WETA Programming Guides

For the past five years, I have led the design of WETA’s programming guides highlighting special heritage month collections, including Hispanic Heritage Month, Pride, Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month,
and Black History Month. These guides showcase curated programming that celebrates the history, culture,
and contributions of diverse communities. Since 2021, I have overseen the creative direction and design
of both the printed and digital editions, ensuring the visual approach is engaging, accessible, and aligned
with WETA’s brand.

In addition to the guides themselves, I develop supporting promotional assets such as social media graphics and motion content for the building’s street-facing screen, helping expand the reach of the programming
and encourage audiences to explore the featured shows. I also coordinate with external vendors to produce
and print the guides, which are distributed through membership events and shared with board members, donors, and the broader WETA audience. These projects allow me to combine thoughtful design with cultural storytelling, creating materials that not only inform viewers but also celebrate and honor the communities represented in each collection.
